Frequently Asked Questions
You simply upload a CSV file with your guests' names and table assignments. Our system automatically detects the columns and organizes your seating plan. If we're unsure, we'll ask you to confirm which column is which.
Yes! You can edit your seating plan right up until the moment your guests arrive. Any changes you make in your dashboard will instantly update the live seat finder, so there's no need to reprint anything.
Guests simply open the camera app on their smartphone and point it at the QR code. A link will pop up that takes them directly to your private seat finder. No app download is required.
If guests share the same name, the system will prompt them to select their specific full name from a short list. You can also add a 'Party Note' (e.g., 'Groom's Side') in your CSV to help distinguish them.
Your seat finder link will remain active for 14 days after your wedding date. After that, it is automatically archived to protect your guests' privacy.
